Service Box is one of the UK’s fastest-growing service plan providers that offers consumers a one-stop solution for when an essential home appliance, gadget, electrical item or boiler breaks down. Customers pay an affordable monthly fee, and we take care of everything. Our engineers come out to fix the item and if it can’t be fixed, we will send a brand-new replacement.
Service Box started in 2017, our customer service team is based in Brighton and our engineers cover the whole of the UK.

• ANY AGE OF APPLIANCE COVERED and DAMAGE CAUSED BY ACCIDENT included. We believe consumers should be able to cover any age of appliance, if it’s in good working order. We protect items that are both in warranty and out of warranty.
• NO HIDDEN FEES Our Appliance plans are fully inclusive with no excess, so we won’t charge a penny more than your monthly amount. Our Boiler plans do come with a contribution charge of £60 and repairs have an annual cap of £1,500.
