Meet the Key 4
The Key 4 forms the basis of any Skingredients skincare recipe, with a nourishing cleanser, hydrating hyaluronic acid serum, anti-ageing retinoid serum and a moisturising + priming SPF50. Packed with vitamins, good fats, fruit, veg and botanical extracts, the Key 4 provides a complete skincare balanced diet of daily goodness – in four easy steps:
- 01. Use PreProbiotic Cleanse Hydrating Cleanser AM + PM (alongside your Cleanse Off Mitt!) to gently remove all traces of dirt, makeup and impurities. Containing the 3 Ps: probiotics, prebiotics and polyhydroxy acid (PHA), PreProbiotic Cleanse utilises its anti-inflammatory properties to give moisture back to the skin, leaving your complexion fresh and nourished. - 02. Follow with a pump of Skin Veg Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum, which provides a cocktail of essential vitamins + antioxidants imperative to skin health. Enriched with hyaluronic acid – a moisture retaining humectant, and Gluconolactone- a PHA that assists product absorption, skin is plumped + prepped for further skincare. RRP £49
- 03. Vitamin A is next in the recipe, with our game-changing Skin Protein Anti-Ageing Retinoid Serum. Our genie in a (red) bottle, Skin Protein contains Retinyl Palmitate, the fatty form of vitamin A, to help strengthen and maintain healthy skin. The ESSENTIAL final AM step, Skin Shield Moisturising + Priming SPF50 PA+++ is a lightweight mineral parasol that’ll shield (wink, wink) your skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays, blue light emitted from the sun and our screens, pollution and infrared. Loaded with zinc oxide + niacinamide, makeup artists adore Shield for its complexion enhancing capabilities, making it the ideal base for makeup! RRP £46
The Match + Mix Range
Designed as additions to your bespoke recipe when your skin needs an extra helping hand, the Match + Mix range is a supplementary collection that helps to address concerns such as dehydration, oiliness, dry skin and dullness/pigmentation.
- Dry skin? Add Skin Good Fats Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide Moisturiser to your recipe. Fortified with skin native ceramide NP and oat kernel extract (a clinically proven anti-irritant with antihistamine properties) Skin Good Fats quenches thirsty skin replenishing the skin barrier and soothing away itchiness. Use as a last step at night time (when you do not need your 04 SPF step!) RRP £49
- On the oily side? You will love Sally Cleanse 2% Salicylic Acid Oil Control Cleanser, which is enriched with 2% salicylic acid to dissolve dirt and debris in the pores and exfoliate the skin. Use every 3rd PM to mop up excess oil and pacify any redness. It can also be used as a spot-zapper to target problem areas for blemish-prone skin. RRP £30
- Want to target pigmentation? Meet AHA Cleanse Brightening + Exfoliating Lactic Acid Cleanser. This fatigue fighting blend of 8% lactic acid and 1% polyhydroxy acid gently exfoliates the skin to even out the complexion and reveal a bright inner glow. Can be used as a 7 minute micro-mask once a week, or used every 3rd PM for a more consistent radiance! RRP £28
Last, but not least…
The Cleanse Off Mitt is your microfibre pre-cleansing + makeup removal tool that’ll make quick work of lifting away the makeup, SPF, oil + pollution that’s settled on your skin throughout the day. Your lashes? It loves ‘em – your COM will remove stubborn mascara + keep your false-lashes looking fluttery + fresh. You can also take your COM in the shower to scrub-a-dub-dub your skin all over!
The Cleanse Off Mitt is designed to remove all traces of makeup prior to cleansing and can additionally easily remove all remnants of your cleanser. Place your hand in the mitt, douse in warm water and remove all makeup, oil + debris from your face. It’s easy-peasy, super skin-friendly and helps to reduce single-use products in your beauty routine. A multi-tasker – we love, turns out loads of other hoomans® do too!

Did you know Skingredients products are refillable?
The entire Skingredients range is housed in recyclable + refillable inner tubes. These refill tubes slot inside ultra-durable + reusable outer primary dispenser packs which are designed to protect the integrity of the active ingredients within.
The slot-in system is super user friendly: first, purchase your bespoke recipe of Skingredients refillable primary packs. You need to buy our refillable primary packs first to enable you to use the refill tube (refills are not compatible with previous Skingredients packaging). Once you have used up your skincare, you can then top up with your choice of value-saving refill tubes.
Using Skingredients Key 4 refills four times a year (that’s typical usage) will reduce your carbon emissions by approximately 60.2% (vs. previous non-refillable packaging.)**
