5) Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Affiliate partners are not allowed to target or bid on any keywords that are related or contain our Brand Name (Love, Bonito) and Domain (www.lovebonito.com).

Affiliate partners are not allowed to bid on our Google adwords & display / Facebook: 

love bonito, lovebonito, women clothing, women fashion, women apparel, dresses, tops, bottoms, pants, skirts, one-pieces, jumpsuits, rompers, blazers, workwear, occasion wear, casual wear.

Unless the Parties mutually agree otherwise this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and shall be the sole and exclusive forum or any dispute under this Agreement.
