Affiliate shall not bid on any search terms that include the word “Ripleys” or variations thereof, and any keyword string or variations that includes this term, for use in search engines. This restriction extends to misspellings or variations of “Ripleys" and to phrases that include Ripleys Entertainment, "Ripley's Believe It or Not!” “Ripley's coupon” etc. Affiliate shall not use the Ripleys.com domain name or display URL (i.e., www.Ripleys.com) or variations of the Ripleys domain name or display URL (i.e., www.Ripleys-coupons.com).

Affiliate may not use terms implying the Affiliate represents Ripleys, such as “official site,” in ad copy that is displayed on search engines.

Affiliate shall not conduct search arbitrage for Ripleys. Affiliate may not engage in paid search listings that feature a URL with the word “Ripleys” included and may not link directly from a paid search listing to any page of the Ripleys site. Affiliate may not frame the Ripleys site and may not link directly to such a framed site from a paid search listing.

Sites that promote sexually explicit material or violence. Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability. Sites that promote illegal activities. Sites that promote downloadable software or toolbars

Not allowed - Affiliate agrees to not utilize SPAM in promoting The Company. SPAM is defined as emailing ANYONE, in bulk or by single mailing, about The Company, who has not specifically requested the information directly from Affiliate.

Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program

CityPASS & Sea the Sky combo tickets from the Toronto location and the Wizard Quest combo ticket from the Wisconsin Dells location are not commissionable at this time. Please avoid promoting these tickets specifically.
